No reservation is needed for tastings, but we will make it bespoke for you if you let us know you are coming. We have general services listed but we can refine this depending on your need. We have private spaces in the cellar fgroup areas throughout the castle grounds for a variety of tastings and events. This is truly a unique space to create the most incredible event! Known for his relentless pursuit of excellence and his passion for authentic cultural experiences, Conrad has become one of the leading innovators redefining modern Texas luxury.

A lifelong student of history, architecture, and design, Conrad’s vision has been shaped by decades of extensive world travel and years spent living abroad, particularly in Italy, where he immersed himself in traditional winemaking and European hospitality culture. His experiences throughout Europe deeply influenced his appreciation for old-world craftsmanship, elegant design, and experiential luxury — elements now woven into every aspect of his businesses.

Despite his global travels, Conrad’s heart has always remained firmly rooted in Texas. His passion for Texas history and heritage became the inspiration behind Republic Boot Co., now widely recognized as one of the premier custom bootmakers in the country, serving celebrities, professional athletes, business leaders, and discerning clients seeking handmade artistry and timeless Western style.

That same dedication to excellence led Conrad to create Conrad Family Wines — a luxury Texas wine label inspired by the legacy of the Republic of Texas and crafted from the finest Texas-grown grapes.
